Aged in American white oak and bottled at a hefty 47.5% ABV (95 proof), Black Maple Hill is a vatting of vintages in a “small batch” from Kentucky Bourbon Distillers. Part of a new breed of American whiskey blenders (called “NDPs” or non-distiller producers), Black Maple Hill has become a top prize of bourbon aficionados. Although the company has recently relocated to Oregon and launched its own production, this collector bourbon is the original Kentucky blend and remains one of the rarest bottles on the market.
